Rates
- $450 per night for up to 6 guests.
- $25 per additional guest per night.
- Cleaning fee: $125
- Pet Fee: $35
- Local sales tax: 7.85%
Policies
- Guests 25 & over and children are welcome.
- 2 night minimum.
- Pets upon approval.
- This is a non-smoking vacation home.
- 50% deposit is required to reserve the vacation home.
- Balance Due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations
- Refund in full if canceled more than 60 days before arrival.
- Refunds less than 60 days prior are based upon the re-rental of property.
